Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to products operated by Blue Dot Build, LLC, including GEMfit.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing miguel@bluedot.build. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

14-day refund on first purchase

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. Just email us from the address on your account.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
