Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, apps and services operated by Blue Dot Build, LLC ("bluedot", "we", "us"), including GEMfit (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing miguel@bluedot.build. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and trademarks, are owned by Blue Dot Build, LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Services as intended.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
